Over the last decade current energy reforms conducted by German government have become one of the topics broadly discussed among scholars. The so called energy transformation is a complex energy structure for the development of renewables in energy balance and other energy related spheres of sustainable development. The Political process over the so called green energy is held both on the European level in terms of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" and on the international level in terms of the Paris Agreement. However, Germany was the first country which has achieved success in field of «Energiewende». The analysis of economic consequences of such reforms arouses interest under current world economic and in particular energy instability of markets. This research aims to reveal new trends in investment and financial strategies of German Energy MNEs and to evaluate the influence of described reforms on German energy companies. The novelty of the research is outlined by analysis of capital accumulation in corporate sector in context of energy transformation in Germany, as well as by quantitive estimation of the effect of the reforms on the incumbent energy providers.
