Participation Reasons Research of the Companies in Professional Exhibitions

In this paper, the scope of professional exhibitions was explored. The process of preparation for the exhibition, development of goals and methods for their implementation was analyzed. Also, the main methods of assessing the effectiveness of participation in the exhibition were identified. There were identified problematic situations that may arise in the company with the formation of the objectives of participation in the exhibition, developed recommendations for improving the preliminary preparation for the event. Also, the tasks were accomplished and the main goal was achieved - the main motives for the participation of companies in professional exhibitions were revealed. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that despite numerous studies of the exhibition process, very little attention is devoted to studying the motives and goals of the company.
