During the course of this, an overview of graphic libraries was made, the base library classes were designed, an algorithm for placing flats on the floor and rooms in the apartment was implemented, unit tests were written to check the correctness of the algorithm. A WPF client application in C # language was developed using the MVVM pattern to demonstrate the performance of library methods. The options for expanding the current solution, creating versions for web applications and mobile projects are considered. The results of the work can be essential for users and for construction companies that can use this library to display residential buildings models.
