Financial Strategy Development of the Wholesale Company

ABSTRACT The most significant problem in the managing is the proper financial strategy. The main question is whether proper anti-crisis financial strategy can help Russian dairy wholesale companies overcome imposed sanctions. Current studies survey financial strategy development and strategic financial analysis for joint stock companies mostly. This paper is mainly aimed at showing the necessity of proper financial strategy development the strong analysis of Russian diary wholesale company Arla Foods LLC financial results and at filling a gap in practical sphere of ant-crisis financial strategizing study. The full financial analysis of Arla Foods through financial report, cost and regression analysis were conducted, financial reports of the biggest dairy wholesale companies from 2013 to 2015 with a limited access Kontur.Focus service were analyzed, on that basis the competitive financial analysis conducted, comparative financial analysis with another well-known dairy wholesale company Valio was conducted with the best practices adoption. The bankruptcy probability was evaluated and on that basis anti-crisis financial strategy was opted and composed. The precise actions for assets’ liquidity, costs, capital structure and profit optimization was offered. Overcoming recession with the regression and financial strategizing methods considered in this paper is expected. The paper consists of introduction, four chapters, conclusion and references. 11 pictures and graphs, 16 tables and 48 references were used. Total amount of the master’s thesis is 77 pages.
