Flexible Adaptation of Business Processes on the Agile Methodology in the Digital Industry

Most of the progressive software companies are now following the agile methodology to build the software products. Agile methods are attractive to managers which help them to figure out the milestones. Dissertation consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the essence of economic activity based on digital technologies is characterized, in the second chapter the analytical toolkit of Agile methodology is studied, in the third chapter the approach of Agile methodology to the organization of business processes is analyzed.
