Strategic Human Resource Management: the Case of Renault

This graduation paper describes a proposed study that will examine strategic human resource management as a factor of company’s competitiveness using secondary data and depth interviews from about fifty participants in one company. Based on the interpretations of the data obtained from the interviews, list of recommendations will be developed to make recommendations of the main principles of strategic human resource management to achieve the growing labor productivity.
