Gamification and its Impact on the Perception of Educational Services Quality

Theme: "Gamification and its impact on the perception of the quality of educational services". The purpose of this work is to study the basic elements of gaming, their applicability in the construction of an educational courses, impact on students and their satisfaction with the educational course. In the first chapter, Theoretical Aspects of Satisfaction and Gaming, the scientific knowledge of key concepts for this work is considered. The second chapter of the Russian Education Market Review presents an analysis of the Russian market of educational services, presents an analysis of various educational projects that use elements of gaming in their programs, and also identifies factors for the development of gaming. In the third chapter, "The study of the impact of gaming on the satisfaction with educational courses," a quantitative study is presented, and an analysis of its results is given. Based on the results of the analysis of theoretical and practical aspects, recommendations were given on the use of elements of gaming in the construction of educational courses. In the conclusion of this work, the results of the study of gaming and its impact on the perception of the quality of educational services are summed up and the main conclusions of the work are formulated. Within the framework of this project, a quantitative study of the influence of various factors on the perception of the quality of the gaming courses was carried out. The purpose of which was to study the general satisfaction of adolescents aged 16 to 22 years with educational courses with elements of gaming. The online survey was used as the main research method. The method of data collection was the online questionnaire. In the final part of the work, recommendations on the use of the principles of gaming in the construction of educational programs were made.
