Evaluation and Maturity Development of Project Management in Organization

The paper deals with the issue of project management maturity. The study is based upon two models: PMMM by Harold Kerzner and OPM3 by Project Management Institute. These models are used to analyse a corporate project management system of JSC TVEL. The analysis reveals a project management maturity level of a company and results in recommendations on how to improve TVEL's performance in project management.
