Development of Software-Hardware System for Measurement and Analysis of Static, Pulsed and Capacitance Characteristics of MOSFETs

Project proposal consists of introduction, 4 chapters, conclusion and list of used literature. In the introduction, the thesis on the relevance of the topic of work is formulated, the goal and objectives, the object of research, novelty and practical significance are indicated. Chapter 1 provides an overview of existing solutions in the domain of electrical characteristics measurement automation. In Chapter 2 the general structure, the hardware and the software parts are developed. In Chapter 3 the measurement methods are analyzed. In Chapter 4, power semiconductor devices are tested, the results of measurements and graphs of the corresponding static, impulse and capacitive characteristics are presented. In the Summary, the main results of the research are presented in a generalized form. Project proposal is presented on 42 pages, contains 12 figures, 6 tables, a list of used literature that consists of 17 sources.
