Corporate Social Responsibility as an Element of Corporate Strategy

The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations for the integration of corporate social responsibility in the strategy of the metallurgical industry. In this work the analysis of all theoretical aspects of corporate social responsibility was carried out and on their basis the analysis of a degree of introduction of CSR for today in activity of the companies of metallurgical branch of the Russian Federation is carried out. As methods of research, the following methods were used: generalization, methods of abstract-logical and semantic analysis, historical approach - in studying the theoretical foundations of management and social responsibility. The research was carried out on the basis of a systematic approach to the analysis of economic phenomena and processes, modern economic management theory from the point of view of social responsibility.
