The Influence of Organizational Behavior Models on the Effectiveness of Decision-making at Different Levels of Government

Graduation qualification work consists of "Introduction", two chapters, "Conclusions", "List of used literature" and applications. In the first chapter of the paper, the main theoretical aspects of the investigated problem are considered. The definition of the concepts "organizational behavior", "model of organizational behavior" is given, management methods and types of organizational behavior models are considered, schemes for the formation of effective organizational behavior are presented, and the features of decision making necessary for this at different levels of management are described. In the second chapter of the final qualifying work, the main elements of the governance mechanism and models of organizational behavior of PJSC "Gazprom" were explored. The types of models of organizational behavior that have been formed at the top, middle and lower levels of management are now defined. The analysis of the influence of models of organizational behavior on the effectiveness of decision-making at different levels of management of PJSC "Gazprom" is carried out. The recommendations are formulated and opportunities for improving the model of organizational behavior of PJSC "Gazprom" in order to increase the efficiency of decision-making at the lowest level are considered.
