Perspectives of Using Instagram for Business Communications

In this paper, the problem of implementing business communications in the social network Instagram is considered. The role of business communications in the marketing strategy of the company, the opportunity of their implementation on the Internet is analyzed. The features of communication in social networks as part of virtual space are explored. An empirical study was conducted to study problems from the point of view of network users and business representatives. Based on the study, the author makes conclusions about the importance of researching the audience and the perspectives of using Instagram for implementing effective communications, and goves recommendations to the business.
