The goal of this work devoted to investigation of the epidemiological model with regeneration points. The optimal control problem was introduced. With the usage of reliability theory, Laplace and inverse Laplace transforms and residue theory the existence of analytical solution was proved. The simulation model was created with integrated development environment Microsoft Visual Studio and programming language C++.
