The Influence of Startup Ecosystem on the Prosperity of Born Global Companies in the United States of America

Current master’s thesis is dedicated to the question of the influence of Startup Ecosystem on the development of its Born Globals. Herewith, there were analyzed such concepts as Global Startup, Startup Ecosystem and its specific features. Moreover, there were considered studies regarding the Born Globals’ and Ecosystem’s interrelation in the theoretical discourse. The analytical part contains Case studies of St. Louis and Chattanooga. In addition, there was conducted a survey of Global entrepreneurs in order to confirm claimed hypothesis. As a result, there were formulated conclusions which postulate that Startup Ecosystem’s factors affect its Born Globals’ performance in the world and provided comparison of considered Case Studies.
