Commercial Real Estate Management Strategy under the Circumstances of Declining Demand

This work describes the development of commercial real estate management strategy under the circumstances of declining demand. Thus, one of the tasks is to determine the reasons of the declining demand, for which the company's financial performance is analyzed and the stage of the life cycle of the commercial real estate object is determined. Also, methods of company’s activity analysis and development of scenarios of company’s activity are considered. Using the Reilly's law of retail gravitation the geographical trade areas are identified. The research and analysis of pedestrian and vehicular traffic is carried out. The efficiency of the object's functioning and the proposed development strategy of the commercial real estate (Perm Lenina st. 52) are assessed.
