The Risk Analysis of the Strategy of the Launch of Own Pfarmacy Network of ZAO Tander
This work is devoted to the analysis of the launch strategy for the pharmacy chain in the company PAO "Manit", a member of AO "Tunder". This organization today is one of the leaders of the Russian retail market, it is included in the 250 largest world re-tailers. The purpose of this work is to identify the main risks and threats to the strategy of opening its own network of pharmacies of the company "Magnet" and develop recommendations for their reduction and prevention. This work consists of 3 parts: the theoretical basis for analyzing, analyzing and describing the company, within which the analyzed strategy and analysis of the strategy of launching a network of pharmacies. The object of this study can be called the strategy of opening its own network of pharmacies of the company "Tander", and the subject - the risks associated with the implementation of this strategy. Identification of such risks is carried out through analysis of theoretical sources and comparison of the analyzed strategy with existing scientific models, and their evaluation was carried out by experts. In the future, this work can be use-ful for risk management of the company "Magnet, as well as for further evaluation of the strategy after its implementation, in order to identify the effectiveness of the tools used.
