Collaboration with Stakeholders During the Development of the Location Layout of Advertising Structures in Perm

In the dissertation presents the results of a study on the management of cooperation with stakeholders to solve problems happening in the processes of creating a scheme for placing advertising structures in the Perm. The author defined the statutory requirements to develop a scheme for placing advertising structures. Based on content analysis, problems encountered in the process of creating a scheme for placing advertising structures. Within the framework of stakeholder analysis, identified all project stakeholders. In addition, their interests are taken into account for potential involvement in cooperation. The author proposed a model of stakeholder visualization that can visually display the location of a set of stakeholders in the dynamics. As the research results, an analytical tool for stakeholder analysis was developed. Based on this have been developed methodical recommendations for cooperation with external stakeholders for the placement of advertising structures depending on the phases of the create scheme for placing advertising structures.
