Self-regulation in the Construction Industry in the Russian Federation

The work offers a comprehensive analysis of the activities of self-regulating organizations in the construction industry in the Russian Federation in accordance with applicable law. The first Chapter is devoted to the disclosure of the concept and legal nature of self-regulation in the construction industry, the acquisition of the status of self-regulatory organizations, analysis of organizational-legal forms of self-regulatory organizations, as well as consideration of the conditions of membership of entities of entrepreneurial activities in the construction industry in self-regulating organizations. In the second Chapter studies the characteristic of the rules and standards of self-regulating organizations in the construction industry and monitor compliance of members of self-regulatory organizations, reveals the proprietary framework of the activities of self-regulating organizations in development sphere and the peculiarities of the implementation oversight of self-regulatory organizations in the construction sector. The author takes into account recent changes to the legislative framework in this field, the analysis of major scientific works on the research problem, the paper considers materials of judicial practice and developed recommendations aimed at improvement of legislation in the field of self-regulation in the construction industry. Besides the main part, the study contains materials for applications that include developed by the author, documents and materials from the personal litigation.
