Strategy of Entry into New Markets

he topic of strategies for entering new markets is actual, because in a continuously developing business environment a great number of companies want to expand the boundaries of their organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategies, which organizations adhere to when entering new markets, to study the reasons of the organization, which lead to the pursuit of a certain strategy, as well as to analyze the internal and external processes of the company when it enters a new market. The company VTB Group was taken as an subject of research. In practice, we used such research methods as interviewing employees of VTB Group, as well as a desk study that included analysis of marketing activities using analysis tools: SWOT, PEST, as well as analysis of performance indicators of the bank. Based on the research, conclusions were made and the list of recommendations was compiled.
