Analysis of the Competitive Market: Structural Features, Competitive Strategies

The aim of the work is to research what makes online clothing retailers' strategies in Russia successful, or, conversely, becomes the reason of failure. Using various methods of analysis of competition and competitive environment for studying the Russian market, we will be able to analyze the strategy of one of the industry leaders - company "Lamoda.ru", identify its differences from the main competitors, and give recommendations on changing the competitive strategy to increase sales.
