Defining Success Factors of an Approach to Agile Project Management for Russian Banks

The purpose of this research is to study the experience of European banks for implementing the principles of agile methodologies and development of recommendations for Russian banks to implement agile. Sheet of recommendations was developed based on success factors, barriers and limitations of agile methodologies, as well as confirmation of the hypothesis about expediency of transition of the Russian banks in the management model.
