Influence of Personal Brands on Company's Corporate Image

This study is intended to cover the major issues of interaction between personal brands and companies. The paper discusses the cases of creating marketing campaigns with the participation of well-known personal brands. Still the main idea of the study is building strong personal brands of employees to improve image of the company. The interdependencies between employee’s personal brands and company’s image have not been sufficiently studied. Since there is a gap that must be filled in, the primary goal of the study proposed is to create an effective strategy to help control the way an employee’s personal brand affects the company’s image. By accomplishing the research project it would be extremely interesting to receive information which is hardly presented in media sources and literature – the inforfation concearning influence of employee’s personal brands on company’s image.
