The theme of the final qualifying work: "Development of the Growth Strategy for OOO «Shans-A»". The amount of work is 68 Pages, contains 16 figures and 8 tables. The purpose of this work is to develop a strategy for the organization working in the furniture market, necessary to increase the competitiveness of the company and its further development. The object of the study is OOO «Shans-A»". The subject of the study of this work is the process of creating a strategy for the retail furniture company by the example of OOO «Shans-A»". The diploma work is a practice-oriented format and consists of three chapters that consistently allow you to get answers to the tasks. The first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of developing strategies and ways to use the strategy. The second chapter is devoted to the external and internal environment of the company: the analysis of the market was made, the main players in the market were considered, and also the company Chance-A. In the third chapter, the author interrogates experts and, based on their answers, displays and reviews the main factors that influence the development of the furniture market and, on the basis of these factors, conducts scenario planning in order to put forward a general direction for the further development of the company. Thus, the paper presents not only the methodological foundations of strategy development, but also the practical application of certain methods in a real market environment, after which variants of the company's development in a highly competitive market that bear practical importance for its future activity were proposed.
