The objective of developing a competitive strategy is crucial in a nowadays competitive business environment. Modern business is dynamic and the activity of any enterprise should be based on the strategic plan, that will determine the best opportunities worth pursuing as well as the threats to be avoided. A good competitive strategy will help the organization to face and handle a cutthroat competition, will lead to positive economic results, increase its profitability and be effective under the conditions of economic slowdown that Russia has been experiencing last years. Thus, the aim of this work is is to develop a set of strategic recommendations for the Creative Catering SK company to improve its competitive strategy.
