Realization and Protection of Housing Rights of the Underaged

The present graduation qualification paper has an aim to explore the problematic issues related to implementation and protection of housing rights of minors, find ways of solving legal conflicts in the sphere of children’s housing rights implementation and the most effective methods for protection of rights upon the occurrence of the illegal situations. During the research, the author studies the features of implementation and protection of children’s housing rights, related to the legal status of the studied subject; considering the work of the bodies that contribute to effective implementation and protection of children’s rights; analyzes the opinions of the influential jurists and the existing practice with the aim to offer the urgent problems' solutions in the indicated legal field.
