Legal aspects of piercing the corporate veil

The research is devoted to the legal aspects of piercing the corporate veil, which has appeared an instrument for destruction of legal entity autonomy. In the paper, there are a deep analysis of mechanism of piercing the corporate veil in different times and countries and attempt of comparing them with each other in order to find right direction of development of institute of piercing the veil in national law.
