Tortious Liability in International Legal Practice

This study examines current trends in international practice in the application of the tort liability mechanism. The paper gives a general description of the concept, legal significance and grounds for the onset of tort liability. A detailed analysis of the regulatory regulation of the institute was conducted, and a controversial institution of pre-contractual liability was investigated. In the course of the thesis, general conclusions were drawn on the level of regulation of international tort liability and recommendations were made to improve its effectiveness.
