Crisis Management of Industrial Enterprises

The study analyzed the scientific approaches about enterprise management in terms of their applicability in the context of the crisis. The effectiveness of the application of project crisis management in industrial enterprises was revealed. In addition, the pros and cons of using the project approach in anti-crisis management were indicated. It was revealed that in order to determine the existence of crisis phenomena and the depth of the enterprise crisis, it is necessary to use financial and non-financial evaluation methods. The study systematizes factors affecting the economic state of industrial enterprises. The theoretical positions of identification and classification of crisis phenomena in companies were analyzed, the factors of crisis occurrence were determined. In addition, the degree of sustainability of enterprises to the impact of various groups of crisis factors was determined, taking into account the possibility of their timely identification. The thesis proves the necessity of combining financial and non-financial indicators for identifying crisis phenomena and on this basis a methodology for identifying the crisis of an industrial enterprise was proposed. Further, the possibility of applying the project approach in the anti-crisis management of the enterprise is justified. We created a method of preventive crisis management on the basis of a project approach, which implies the formation of a specialized organizational structure.
