This work analyzes consensus problem for networks. We develop a new deterministic model, in which one agent is “defective”, but able to recover. We use the theory of Markov processes to analyze the model and proove the convergence to the consensus. We analyse the asymptotic behavior of the network depends on breakage interval. As well, we study a consensus problem with additive noise, specifically, calculate its main characteristics and present some computer simulations of the network dynamics.
