Foundations of the Critique of Law in Writings by Giorgio Agamben
2017
In this paper political and legal ideas by Giorgio Agamben were examined in the context of his philosophical views. The author of this text assumed that foundations of Agamben’s critique of law should be searched for beyond his political and legal theses. It was shown in this paper that roots of Agamben’s critique of law lie in his texts and ideas on language, anthropology, and theology.
