In my thesis paper, the ways of material and nonmaterial stumulation of governmental employees are being investigated. The features of Russian and French stimulation systems are being analyzed and compared. Also, historical aspects of establishment of systems and their characteristics are highlighted. In the end, conclusions about effectivness of those systems are made. The results of research are common and different features of investigated systems. It is analysed that stimulation mechanisms of French government employees are aimed at improvement of employees performance, while in Russia they are aimed at creation of appealing job image and maintenance of the workforce.
