Criminally-legal Evaluation of Abuse on Securities Market

Now the securities market is an integral part of the financial market and ranks along with the stock exchanges leading role in the economy of the country. Big turnover of capital has resulted in the emergence of criminal groups and abusers,who are using illegal methods trying to get hold of the desired money. The current situation on legal regulation of the institute of the abuse on the securities market in our country needs some changes. The present classification of the abuses gives dubious definition and does not show all the features and peculiarities of these types of crime. In this work through the analyzing crimes and their legal regulation author expresses his opinion about the relevance of the current classification, its problems and ways of their solution. Moreover, author highlights features of criminal abuse on the securities market.
