Nowadays, we have a lot of devices, which operating in radiowave band. The need to monitor radio band arises from considerations of electromagnetic compatibility, to ensure noise immunity and to suppression of misuse of radiowave bands. The most modern way to monitor using frequencies is to use Software defined radios. In this study giventheoretical approach of physical principles of SDR operating, signal processing and the program definitions. In this research proposed a device from full-function blocks. This principle of making devices may simplify its usage.
