Protection of Property Rights of Creditors in Insolvency of Organizations

This research proposal for Graduation Work explores the issue of the concept and ways to protect property rights of creditors in insolvency proceedings, its juridical nature, theory and legal regulation. The work presents definition of property rights and creditors in insolvency proceedings. Also this paper include comparison of Previous Insolvency Law regulation with the New Insolvency Law regulation. The author analyses the contemporary literature and legal documents in order to identify current rules and consequences of their application in the field of bankruptcy and protection of creditors. The main method of the research is the formal judicial. The introduction consists of the description of the relevancy of the research and of the thesis statement, it outlines the main issues analyzed in the paper. The main body of the research presents critical review of literature and legal regulation and proposed research methodology. The last part includes expected findings and summarizing of the research.
