Optimization of Monitoring Process of a Documents Flow at an Enterprise

In modern condition of competitive business environment large companies have to o implement IT-tools in order to improve the organization of business process management. This research is devoted to the problem of optimisation of monitoring process of a documents flow at an enterprise. The main goal of this study is to develop practical recommendations for optimisation of the process of monitoring the workflow at the enterprise. The object of research is a holding company and its subsidiaries. The subject of the study is the process of monitoring the workflow in a holding company and its subsidiaries. The first chapter of the master's thesis touches on the theoretical aspects of the problem. In the second chapter of the final work, the process of document management at the enterprise was investigated, hypotheses were put forward for carrying out empirical research. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of the results obtained during the expert interviews and provides a list of recommendations for optimisation the process of monitoring the workflow at holding. Recommendations for carrying out activities on this process, working with employees who are involved in the monitoring process, as well as suggestions from a technical point of view of solving this problem.
