This paper is dedicated to analysis of computer network and intensity of interaction between nodes of this network, that data takes from the event log, and to further visualization of this network. The paper considers approaches for analyzing a computer network and visualizing the components of interaction of this network and potential threats. Various methods of network analysis are presented, both in static and in dynamic mode. In addition, software has been developed for conducting and testing the results of an experiment on computer network analysis based on the algorithms and methods given in this paper. The purpose of this work is to develop methods for the complex analysis of a computer network and the intensity between its nodes to identify potential threats, errors and malfunctions of this network through visualization and analytical methods and tools for its investigation. The work contains 26 pages, 3 chapters, 3 tables, 21 drawings, 7 sources and 4 applic
