Gender Features of Cadres Recruitment in Public Sector Organizations

Public administration is the difficult, but dynamic system performing the organization, regulation impact of the state on objects of management – society, citizens. In the process in addition to financial and material resources are involved enormous human resources – government employees, officials, and also the country population. One of the main functional manifestations of the ordering activities of public administration is matching, arrangement, certification of the personnel. The purpose of the research is the detection of gender peculiarities of behavior of a personality and their phenomenon in management during the recruitment process in public sector organizations. The object of this research is personnel recruitment in in public sector organizations. The subject of the research: gender features of personnel recruitment. The research conducted within this work is based on studying of scientific literature, reference, statistical materials, results of dissertation researches of the recent years, results of social researches, information of official Internet sources. The research methods applied in the work: polling method. As a result of the work the analysis of the existing regulating and methodical documents regulating the procedure of personnel selection at a position of the public civil service is carried out; concepts of matching and selection of the personnel are specified; evaluation methods of personal and psychological characteristics of candidates are analyzed; gender features of behavior of the personality in management activity are studied and described, the procedure of the personnel selection considering influence of gender features of the personality on efficiency of professional activity is offered. In the course of the research there was conducted the survey of employees of various structural levels of the public sector organizations which analysis results formed the evidential base of basic provisions.
