It is evident that nowadays queuing systems play a significant role in probability theory, largely defining the effectiveness of enterprises work. However, the queuing theory is rarely used. Apparently, as of now, companies do not realize the advantages of this kind of systems. In this paper queueing model with infinite queue, different types of customers and randomized strategy for their distribution is considered. Also, the optimization method which is based on the selection of optimal probabilities for each type of customers is presented. The aim of this work was to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method. As the criterion of effectiveness, the queue length is chosen. The program which calculates the average queue length is developed with the help of Python programming language. Then we examined the dependence of the criterion of effectiveness from the selected management strategy.
