Process of Making a Business Plan and Annalise of it`s Realisation

The considered research subject is reflected in papers on strategic analysis and business planning of most scholars; however, so far there is no universal algorithm of the entrepreneurial project development which would take into account the specificity of each market. To ensure the successful launch of an entrepreneurial project every stage of the process should be thoroughly analyzed, specific characteristics of a certain market should be brought to light; this altogether determines this paper’s rationale. In order to successfully create an investment project, it is necessary to analyze in detail all the stages of its creation, to consider the market, to determine the specifics of the submitted business plan. This is what determines the relevance of research of this kind. Within the framework of this work, at the first stage it is supposed to conduct strategic analysis, analysis of consumer problems and preferences, market analysis and its specifics, competitive analysis. In this paper, the theoretical component of business planning, its main parts, a review of current literature and the most successful and common methods of business planning, as well as an analysis of the results obtained. The second step is the development of a business plan based on the example of a fitness club, as well as an analysis of its implementation.
