Strategic Financial Analysis of IT Company Business Processes

In the master's thesis in the field of system analysis, generalization, structural analysis, modeling and evaluation of the efficiency of business processes and economic indicators of the IT company. Scientific novelty, brought to the defense, and received by the author, is: - analysis of theoretical material in the subject domain; Identification of the existence of stable relationships between the financial performance of the IT company and its management; Methodology of organization of business processes (Agile, Waterfall); - on the basis of generalized and systematic studies of domestic and foreign authors, which led to the conclusion that the business processes of the IT company have a number of distinctive characteristics, the most important of which are the time and its cost; - based on research of specific characteristics in the business processes of IT companies published on the Internet; - information about business processes. The application of an integrated approach allows a gradual evaluation of three levels of strategic efficiency of an IT company, the basic level in which is an effective business process.
