Procurement market of heterogeneous goods is Investigated . Hypothesis was formulated a and based on reducing the contract price by the number of participants, the duration of the contract. The dependency between a price reduction and the method of the auction, as well as the presence or absence of additional benefits have been identified. Revealed the presence of the variation of the value of the contract to the number of participants and time for delivery of the goods. Was introduced, the participation rate, which indicates the percentage of participants who applied, did indeed take part in the auction.
