A continuous increase in the number of crimes is an integral part of many of the economic environment of many countries these days. Every twenty seconds in the world there is a serious crime, because of which many people lose property, loved ones or get a psychological trauma of some kind. Despite the fact that many countries have good institutions the right to store, experience shows that this is not a sufficient condition for minimizing crimes. Philosophers and sociologists have been studying this topic for a long time. Published in 1968, the work of Nobel laureate Gary Becker focused attention of economists of a new generation on this topic. Since that time, a huge amount of research has appeared starting with models describing the criminal nature of a person ending with an analysis of indicators linking crimes to the growth rates of the economy in different countries.
