Valuation of Pharmaceutical Companies

Today the interest in assessing the value of companies is increasing, and this topic has become relevant not only for professional appraisers, but also for owners of companies, investors, managers, civil servants, scientists and others. The purpose of this research is to study the issue of the company’s value for the pharmaceutical industry, and also to identify the indicators influencing it. The results prove that the intellectual capital of the company has a direct impact on its value and should not be ignored when evaluating the latter.
