The work contains description of construction and simulation of models of three business processes of the group of companies "Cerber". This work was performed with the aim of increasing the efficiency of business processes. Number of pages – 77. The number of illustrations – 58 (including 2 annexes). The work was performed at the Department of information technologies in business, HSE – Perm in 2017.
