In the dissertation research on the example of the largest regional ophthalmologic retail network, the system of personnel incentives is considered. Areas of growth are defined. A system of key performance indicators has been developed, which makes it possible to evaluate the work of personnel based on the results of achieving the goals. The cost savings of the Human Resources Department for the variable part of the salary of linear management from the innovation system are calculated. Keywords.
