Improving Pets Management Policy in Perm Krai

Abstract The relevance of this issue is conditioned by requiring of social relations regulation, in the sphere of domestic animal keeping and canine population control in the Perm kray. In the present work, the content of domestic animals is considered as a set of measures aimed at streamlining their content, optimizing the number of neglected animals, eliminating negative social phenomena associated with the presence of neglected animals in the territories of populated areas, including procedures for catching, recording, sheltering, vaccination, sterilization (Deprivation of reproductive capacity), release into the natural habitat, euthanasia (killing), disposal of corpses of neglected animals. This act is the main result of this research, it intends to regulate relations in the sphere of domestic animal using. The novelty of this research composed of interference measures of canine population control and keeping pets rules.
