Analysis and Improvement of the Motivation System in the Company

The present project discusses and analyses the main theoretical aspects of material and intangible staff motivation of the company «Moroz & Kofe». There were included a notion, an essence and types of motivation. Further there was an analysis of russian and foreign experience in the material and intangible sphere nowadays, a comprehensive account of methodological foundations of the analysis of the motivation system, exactly was investigated such methods as questionnaire, testing, interview and observation. The main conclusion in this study is that were developed and presented some recommendations and actions to improve the system of employee motivation , which in itself is the main purpose of the work. Present study has theoretical and practical contribution in the management sphere and this experience can be used by other companies. The present work includes 7 parts: introduction to the research, Chapter 1, which informed the theoretical aspects of staff motivation; Chapter 2 describes the methodological framework for the analysis of the personnel motivation system; Chapter 3, which analyzed the existing incentive system of OOO "Moroz and Coffee" ; references; applications and conclusion.
