The author - Starkov Evgeny Alekseevich, fourth-year student of the BI-13-2 NRU HSE Perm. A paper topic – Department Business Processes Modeling in BPMN. Research contains the analysis, the description of building, simulation and automation of models of two business processes of NRU HSE Perm connected with department of maintenance of educational process. This work has been performed for the purpose of increase in efficiency of business processes of NRU HSE Perm.

Work includes three chapters:

1. The analysis of subject domain in which the existing simulars in the notation of BPMN and BPM system are analyzed.

2. Designing and modeling of business processes in which business processes are analyzed, the sequence of actions is defined, the model is under construction and simulation is carried out.

3. Creation of a control system of business processes in which work on creation of prototypes of the automated business processes is described.

The number of pages – 66. Quantity of illustrations – 41 (including 2 in appendices). Year – 2017. Publishing house – department of information technologies in business of NRU HSE Perm.
