In the first chapter, the analysis of the financial and economic activities of the company "Romashka", its position on the competitive market and the analysis of logistics activities are identified with the identification of existing problems in logistics. The second chapter examines the features of implementing the business process improvement cycle, methodological approaches to business process improvement and comparative analysis of transportation management systems.
