Keywords: logistics infrastructure, increasing efficiency, own fleet, warehouse productivity The expenses related to logistics infrastructure use and maintaining represent a major part of the overall operational costs of enterprises. Proper management of infrastructure use is a topical issue for every trading and manufacturing company. The purpose of the study is to develop a set of procedures that would allow the increase of efficiency of logistics infrastructure use for a trading and manufacturing company. To reach this goal the issues in the current approach for infrastructure use are discovered and analyzed. The analysis is followed by a theoretical research of ways and methodologies used for resolving similar issues. Finally, a set of tailored procedures is proposed.
